The temperature is rising fast as summer is coming to an end. In an attempt to beat the heat, the students made a dish without ovens, stove tops, or heat. They prepared a cool snack that’s healthy, fresh, and in season.
Our fresh fruit skewers included strawberries, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, and more. The class focused on the cutting and assembly technique, leaving room for creative design which gave each skewer its own unique flair.
